The best match for the Preferred Partnership Program is other clinicians and licensed healthcare providers who are actively seeing patients — including Primary Care, OB/GYN, Chiropractic, Dieticians, Nurse Practitioners, and Health Specialists. At this time, the partnership is not tailored for lifestyle-based affiliates who are not licensed within the health or medical industry.

Patient Relationship

It stays yours. Eleva MD operates as your clinical backend. Your patients remain connected to you as their provider. We extend your prescribing capability — we don't step in front of the relationship you've built.

Eleva MD's physician group oversees all patient prescriptions, dosages, and day-to-day communications as they relate to the program. You would not be the leading provider for that clinical piece. However, you are welcome to stay in the lead role for lifestyle enhancements like meal plans, supplements, and healthy habits — we handle the prescribing, you keep everything else.

Compensation

Yes. We have a rewarding compensation structure in place for the programs we offer. When you're a partner, you can refer patients easily — in-office or online. Once they enroll in a program such as Weight Loss or Healthy Hormones HRT, you are compensated per activation.

Protocols & Clinical

Our clinical focus is on three areas: GLP-1 MicroDosing for metabolic support and weight management, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) for perimenopause and menopause, and longevity peptide therapies. All protocols are bio-individualized — not template-based.

Most chart reviews are completed within 24 hours of a patient completing their secure intake. Our physicians conduct real reviews — not algorithmic approvals — and remain accessible through the patient portal for adjustments and follow-up questions.

Does Eleva MD Partnership offer compensation or commissions?

Yes! We value partnering with other healthcare professionals and have an very rewarding compensation structure in place for the Programs we offer. When you are a Partner, you can refer your patients easily, in office or online. Once they are enrolled into a program such as our Weight loss or Healthy Hormones HRT programs, you are compensated per activation.

Can I use my protocols or oversee whats recommended?

Seeing as our Partners are also healthcare professionals, we understand the desire to oversee patient care. Within this Partnership, Eleva MD's Physician Group would be overseeing the patient care, prescriptions, dosages, and day to day communications with your patient as it relates to their usage of that product. You would not be the leading provider on this part of the Program. Other Lifestyle enhancements such as meal plans, supplements, healthy habits, you are welcome to stay in the lead role and implement as you wish.
